OH OK hmmmm thank you that sounds really nice. I hear India is beautiful but just so much poverty it must be really rewarding to be able to actually help individuals that you know you are helping, and yes you are then definitely sure where your money is going. That is a great thing that you do. I do that here in NYC whatever extra clothes I have I bring them to this yard where a lot of homeless people frequent instead of having the salvation army come and pick it up because I feel like the staff rifles through the good stuff first and takes the stuff out then gives the remainder, and I feel that they should be able to rock nice clothing too. Great thing you did again and thanks for responding.

Stiletto Vixen - Hey there, well what i did was go to india because i have family there, i take the "hands on" approach instead of signing a check because i like to know exactly where my money is going and to make sure the people who need to be helped get it and that the money is not eaten up by greedy/corrupt businessmen. I didn't work with any organization. There are many poor people literally living on the streets there and for less than 50 bucks you can buy shoes for 40 to 50 people. We bought school books for the poor school kids and shoes for them too because they were going to school barefoot. Me and my sister also paid to have a new school room made because the school kids were outside in the hot sun, around 120 degrees in the summer because of over-crowding, and for less than 1500 bucks we were able to get them a new school room made. It just proves you don't have to be rich to help others ! I would love to give you the name of an organization, but i didn't work with one, sorry. If i ever find one that is reputable, i will let you know. I would love to help poor people in other countries too at some point. I'm young and know that i can do alot, just wish the rest of this generation felt the same ! But thanks for being kind like that, and don't listen to the folks here, i enjoy your comments alot. I shrug off alot of stuff but racism is something i think everyone should stand up for.

Well I guess I can't speak for the entire black community and you can't either so let me retract that but I find that a lot of us support Kim and do not hate on her in the way that people on these blogs make us sound as though we do. I just know that most of the people I know are like she is doing her thing she is flyy etc. She's not to be looked at as anything but what she is some form of entertainment we are all intrigued by her in some way or we wouldn't even be on here know what I mean? anonymous, im wondering too, i have been coming to this blog for a very long time and it was only recently that kim started blogging about charity work and good deeds, around the time she switched up her "image". It does make you question her true motives but at the end of the day as long as people are getting helped, it's all good. Im the type of person who does good deeds and doesn't tell others about it. If i give money to a homeless person, i don't need to run and tell my friends. But in this blog, kim is giving awareness to this cause in Ethiopia, i just wish kim had told us how many of TOMS shoes she bought.

I'm glad "Princess Kim" is showing everyone she does think about people less fortune than her, but I question the fact that the last three post is to take the attention off that ridiculous auction her family had.
