Rumor Control: ‘Playboy’

There are a bunch of reports about me on the web saying that I snubbed Hugh Hefner. They’re quoting me as saying, “It was a one-off. I don’t think I’ll do Playboy or anything like that again.”

I WAS TOTALLY MISQUOTED.

First of all, I have never used the term “one-off.” It’s simply not in my vocabulary.

UPDATE: I’ve read some of your comments and I feel like I need to clarify my point of view on the matter….

I’m not planning to pose for the magazine any time soon. My whole point in this post is to say I would never snub Hugh Hefner. I love him and his whole team were lovely to me and treated me like family.

Lately I have steered away from sexier shoots but it doesn’t mean I’m afraid to be sexy or ashamed of that. I have no regrets. One day you never know, but it’s not the direction I’m going in now.

    What is wrong with you people writing such hurtful comments about the Kardashians? I happen to like the Kardashians and enjoy reading what they write. Haven’t you ever heard if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say nothing at all.

    Daaang! I mean, I knew tabloids were completely ridiculous (I do love the pics though), but I didn’t think they’d actually QUOTE somebody saying something false. Who even thinks of these random things?! lol

    I read somewhere Khloe said that she would consider doing playboy herself and that it would depend on how the photos were shot. I was surprised that Khloe would be interested in playboy at all.

    hi kim,
    I think your pretty and all. But I with all your respect you shouldnt waste your time reading or responding to what ppl/fans/haters/ have to say about you. ppl always have some shit to say, I think one proves themselve/ or ppl have a persue about about a person by what that person does. Its really not cool having you justify yourself all the time. I’m not saying your inscure but that what it looks like. Girl, go out there, do a movie, help others, get a day job, anything, but please this whole responding to your crazy fan its just plain silly. Plus there a lots of haters out there and you can’t just simply build your life responding to what ppl got to say! just let go and do you girl! you only got one life to live, so enjoy your fame while ya at it! ;-)

    There are alot of celebs that have posed for playboy. Cindy Crawford, Pamela Anderson and Jenny McCarthy, just to name a few.

    Brooke Hogan was asked about posing and she said not at this time. Which means that Brooke would pose for playboy and a later time.

    well i thought kim said she was trying to get away from her sexy image, in fact on DWTS she said she doesn’t even see herself as sexy and is “shy”. But why would kim spend money to hire angelina jolie’s stylist and go on and on in every inteview that she wants to dress more classy and be taken more seriously and then just post a blog about wanting to do playboy again one day. After all the fuss she made about how she wasn’t sure about playboy in the first place, just doesn’t make sense. I mean the girl can do what she wants, she was never a role model or my idol, i just like her show and find her family entertaining…and if her future hubby doesn’t care, then that’s their business. I just don’t get why kim decided to blog about this dumbass rumour that is not even being talked about by any of her fans here…well until now lol.
