I think Kim's nose is the same. Have any of you people heard of "contouring" in make-up?! It can totally change the shape of your face. It can create shadows in your faces that were never there. Like if you don't have a defined cheek, you can try to create one. Same with noses, you can make it appear smaller/narrower.
