I am having a Fashion Dilemma!

Originally, I'm from California, the Los Angeles area. Around this time of year (as you know) is still resonably nice out, that I would still be able to wear cute winter clothes. Recently, I moved up to Portland, Oregon to be with my boyfriend (who by the way is a Reggie Fan :-) Boys! (chuckles) and the winters up here are not made for California clothing. Since your such a Fashion Princess, Can you give me some fashion tips. What would you suggest that I could wear for cold nights and chilly days. Something stylish, but will keep me warm too!

I love tweed! I agree you can always take classics or "old" fabrics or pieces and match them up with recent trends. I do this a lot, it comes out looking unique and chic.

i LOVE tweed for fall. my fave way of updating it for this fall is mixing tweed and gingham, it's so cute!!

I like kim's earrings but not feeling the design of the dress. LOL and some of you need to stop acting like kim comes up with these trends on their own, this is a concept fashion mags have been talking about since summer, remember fashion mags are always a season ahead, so read them if you really want a heads up on things. As far as finding new in the old. I have been wearing my mom's vintage Chanel sweater over ruffle flowy type tops or a basic fitted T and skinny jeans with tall boots and a chain belt. I like that its a mix of a conservative classic with a funky twist. I love mixing up various pieces that you wouldn't necessarily piece together but looks great when you do.

I'm a sucker for gray, black & white -- I always try to pick items with a little spunk, but everything always looks better in black to me! lol it's terrible.
