I've been told that to make your ball "hook", pretend that you're extending your hand forward as if you're giving a handshake when you're about release the ball and then lift your arm up to complete the motion once the ball has left your fingers. Hard to explain, but the technique works for me! =)

Yo Kim. I'm 13, I bowl and I golf. My average in bowling is 160! I totally know how to curve the ball. But sometimes I curve it too much. Well I haven't bowled in 1 year because I have to wear a back brace, and I'm getting surgery on my foot next month. I could teach you how to spin the ball, but I think it would be weird if the other people in the bowling alley see a kid teaching a woman how to ball?? You are my role model, idol, I wish I could meet you 1 day, but that will maybe be after my surgeries. Please respond back to me, it would be an honor!! keep up the good work!

Wow! You even look good bowling. I love to bowl too, but I'm not really good at it, but it's still fun just to hang & be with my family. All of our friends try to get together & bowl & munch on junk foods. Junk food at the bowling alley always seems to be good there. Why do you think that is? LOL. Beer batter onion rings? Yum!!! I'm not too great at real bowling but I am GREAT at Wii bowling! Lol. It's fun though, and I don't really care about the competitive aspect of it :)

Hi Kim i think that i am your biggest fan in new Orleans. I love the fact that you and Reggie keep a good personal but private relatioship. I would like you advice or help on something see me and my best friend both like this guy. He was her boyfriend first and me and him were just friends. They stopped talking and me and him got closer and i grew feelings for him. One day when i went to meet him i was on the phone with her and he asked to talk to her. I handed him the phone and he apologized to her because he thought that he came between out friendship now the whole time he was holding me in his arms. Well when he gave me the phone back we kissed and on my way back home she kept saying how sweet his was. That night me and him were on the phone and we were talking like we were together. Then the whole conversation changed to be about their relationship. The next night we didn’t talk and he started talking to her again. Now him and I dont speak to each other anymore but they are supposedly friends with benefits not boyfriend and girlfriend. I am so confused on what to do because even though i know i have to forget about him and need to; I just can't seem to forget about him. Everywhere I look his name is there. Please help me or give me a way out. I love my best friend so much but its like we all should be friends but can't or he has to just talk to one not both.

Hey Kim!

I have a really basic question for you: you always rock amazing heels to all the hottest events.. but I can barely wear high heels without taking them off by the end of the night!

I know Louboutins and Choos are supposed to be amazing on your feet, but as a student I don't have that type of money.

What brands/shoes/tips do you have for being able to dance the night away in heels?
