Robert Shapiro and I have partnered together on a new website! You all might know Bob Shapiro from working with my dad years ago as they were both attorneys. Bob has proven to have lot of success in the web business: He started the website legalzoom.com where you can get all legal documents online! I actually incorporated my business online through legalzoom before I even knew it was Bob’s company! A few months back we partnered up to start ShoeDazzle.com, which is an online shoe club. It is a super simple site! First you take a fashion survey, then we match you up with a Hollywood stylist who picks out five pairs of shoes for you, that match your personality type — which is determined by the survey you fill out! All you need to do is pick out the pair that you want and they are shipped to you (my friends) for a special pre-launch pricing of $39.00, which includes tax and shipping! These shoes are fashionable and affordable. I hope you all check out ShoeDazzle! By the way, the site is in BETA mode, and we are testing it out right now. The official full launch of the site will be in march 2009.

monica: you won’t be charged until you actually pick a shoe – I called customer service and they verified it for me. the nice woman on the other end of the phone told me they collect payment info to weed out the trollers (i.e. fake customers).
Omg *sigh* phew thanks so much Joanna for clearing that up. B/c I had seen a page where it says you will be charged 39.99 and Im like whaaaaaaa and then I didn’t confirm it. I just logged out. lol
yeah i was worried too that’s why I called. we have to wait a couple days before we get our shoe choices but I don’t mind since the price is right. and yes, I know you can get these shoes probably cheaper elsewhere but I like the fact that the shoes in their collection were selected by Kim and her staff – I absolutely love her taste in fashion. I mean you can go out and get your own shoes but personally I like the idea of someone helping me find shoes that are current and trendy – I’m a busy girl ya know! PLUS its free shipping and no tax!
We should be able to see the whole selection of shoes whether we do the survey or not. Just to know if there are enough shoes we like in the first place. I think a lot of the shoes look cheap, but there are a few cute ones.
