Someone crashed Kim Kardashian's 28th birthday party Saturday night in Las Vegas, but she definitely didn't mind.

Kim spent her actual birthday on Oct. 21 in a New Orleans hospital as her NFL'er boyfriend Reggie Bush recovered from knee surgery. So Bush, whose New Orleans Saints played without him today in London, England, decided to repay the favor.

Kim, her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, Robin Antin and others, were partying in Kim's hotel room at the Luxor on Saturday night when the doorbell rang just a half hour before they were to head down to the nightclub LAX.

When Kim opened the door, there stood Reggie, who the Saints coaching staff had given the OK to fly to Vegas at the last minute. "He is doing better than expected and returning to the field soon," says an insider.

I loved the Spice Girls! My favorite was Scary Spice (Mel B). I was in middle school during that era, and in 8th grade my friends and I danced to the song "Spice Up Your Life" on stage during our school's Multicultural Parade. We were the closing act bringing all the different cultures & countries together, and it was hella fun! I miss the Spice Girls. As for Halloween, i'm not gonna dress up, but my 5 year old daughter is gonna be a Glamour Witch. Have fun at your parties Kim!
