I like the boots, and I LOVE any type of red accents. I think red just makes an outfit pop :)
I will agree with Kim's #1 Fan Melissa though and say that I cannot STAND gladiator shoes! They literally make me want to scream at the top of my lungs while ripping my hair out lol. I know that's a bit extreme, but that's how I feel.
Of course your hair looks amazing, and I like that color blue (or maybe it's more of a periwinkle..?) on you.

I love the glasses BUT
no offense but I HATE ankle boots!!! UGH!! I hate hate hate them! I think they are so ugly!
I'm not a fan of the spandex pants either or ballerina slippers or gladiator shoes of any kind!! and I hate straight leg pants! WOOO that feels good to get that off my chest!!! HA HAHAHAHAH
Kim you MUST tell us how you do your hair!! I love it! Do you use a curling iron or curlers?
