I need some advice. I grew up with a single mom and there wasn't enough money to send me to school. Student loans were the only way to finance my education. I recently graduated with my Masters and am the first on both sides of my family to have reached that educational level. That pic of you below at the Backstreet Boys concert pretty much tells on you :( I'm the same age as you and made the decision at the age of 26 of have a lift and implants done after I lost 40 pounds and was left with deflated boobs. My breasts look more natural than the typical boob job because they were done with a lift, but because I am thin and they still are really perky, sometimes I am asked if they are mine. And you know how I respond? "Yes they are...I paid for them!" :) If it's not true, then it must be really hard for you to contstantly have to defend yourself. I remember when the Tyra Show first aired, in one of the first shows, Tyra wanted to set the record straight cuz the media was saying she had plastic surgery too. She had a doctor come on her show and examine her breasts and told the audience they were natural. I don't think a doctor would risk ruining their reputation and practice just to lie about boobs on national television. It's always the ones with flat boobs (like Paris?) who spread these types of hurtful rumors, cuz they can't believe they actual exist naturally! Hi Kim, I'm so glad you addressed this, because it makes ME feel better too, having to deal with this same issue. I am about 5 feet tall, weigh 100 pounds with natural double D breasts so naturally my whole life everyone assumes they are implants and it gets to me sometimes. I also have a large behind - so do my sisters - we are Armenians, and those who don't know that Armenian women have the most gorgeous bodies in the world, assume it is through cosmetic surgery. By the way, plastic surgery was first performed and 'invented' in modern times by an Armenian man but that's just a side note. Anyways, I hate haters who look at people with nicer bodies adn assume it must be as a result of surgery. Some of us are just born with it, for free! So thanks for setting the record straight. People can be stupid for assuming you had plastic surgery, you can tell from looking to see your'e all natural, well actually my husband is the expert! I am 100 percent armenian and all of the armenian women I know including myself have big butts, no implants and most of the women have big breasts too. armenian women are curvy. you are right about the nose though. kim i'm friends with a lot of people in the industry (t-pain, akon, red cafe, fabolous, etc) and they have sat around talking about how much of a hoe you are and how your boobs and ass are fake. some of them knew you before you "made it big" from you working at your dad's office and they all laugh at how phoney you are and talk about how they all ran through you.

kim had SMALL enhancements done. i say this from experience because being middle eastern, i had a boob job(on top of my DD, trust me ladies they look completely natural if you already have some cusion there), had a nose job(looks surprisingly similar to kim's current nose), and left my butt because it matches my chest. i am extremely petite everywhere else. i am lebanese though. lebanese women are known for their curves, black hair, and unique green eyes.

People only assume or ask if you have had surgery because they believe it too good to be true. They can't tell the difference between real and fake anymore (and that is a real concern).

I recently graduated with my Masters and am the first on both sides of my family to have reached that educational level. I have pretty much exactly the same figure as Kim... good boobs and a tiny waist that excentuates my curvy behind. I only get called 'fat ass' by bitter guys (ones that flirt with me and I tell I'm not interested in them) and blinkered girls (ones who think skinny is the only thing that is sexy).

That pic of you below at the Backstreet Boys concert pretty much tells on you :( I'm the same age as you and made the decision at the age of 26 of have a lift and implants done after I lost 40 pounds and was left with deflated boobs. My breasts look more natural than the typical boob job because they were done with a lift, but because I am thin and they still are really perky, sometimes I am asked if they are mine. And you know how I respond? "Yes they are...I paid for them!" :) If it's not true, then it must be really hard for you to contstantly have to defend yourself. I just wanted to add one more thing, that maybe you can ask Tyra to do a show about this. I remember when the Tyra Show first aired, in one of the first shows, Tyra wanted to set the record straight cuz the media was saying she had plastic surgery too. She had a doctor come on her show and examine her breasts and told the audience they were natural. I don't think a doctor would risk ruining their reputation and practice just to lie about boobs on national television. It's always the ones with flat boobs (like Paris?) who spread these types of hurtful rumors, cuz they can't believe they actual exist naturally! And it's pathetic to see people still thinking you're lying as if you'd have plastic surger at age 14. I was fully developed by that age too, even my teachers at school those creepy guys were hitting on me. But that's a different story/nightmare.

Hi Kim, I'm so glad you addressed this, because it makes ME feel better too, having to deal with this same issue. I am about 5 feet tall, weigh 100 pounds with natural double D breasts so naturally my whole life everyone assumes they are implants and it gets to me sometimes. I also have a large behind - so do my sisters - we are Armenians, and those who don't know that Armenian women have the most gorgeous bodies in the world, assume it is through cosmetic surgery. By the way, plastic surgery was first performed and 'invented' in modern times by an Armenian man but that's just a side note. Anyways, I hate haters who look at people with nicer bodies adn assume it must be as a result of surgery. Some of us are just born with it, for free! So thanks for setting the record straight. Maybe people will think twice before coming to such grave conclusions just because it makes them feel better to think someone is not naturally as good as they are.

I saw the episode where Khloe takes an acting class and she's talkin crap about you, saying how you're never at the store, and how you just disappeared for the past two years. Even you're sisters think you're lame, and they prodcast it on national TV.
