I have found the most amazing at-home fitness program ever… The new Nintendo Wii Fit! Have you ever tried it? It is so much fun! I’m hooked!

Kendall and I spent the other day together picking out Halloween costumes, birthday presents and video games.

She is the master of hooking up any electronic game, so she connected the Wii Fit at my mom’s house and we had so much fun playing it! We tried yoga and strength training exercises!

I got WAY more into gaming after Khloe went to the GameSpot “At The Spot Party.” She talked about how much fun she had playing the Wii. I just had to try it myself!

  • Fun fact: Did you know I used the Wii Fit to help get in shape for Dancing With the Stars?
  • Fun goal: I want to become such a good gamer that I finally beat Reggie at Madden ’09!!! LOL!
