I think you were exactly in the right place on your birthday. With Reggie when he needed you there. That is where I would have been if my man needed me.
Although I don’t know you guys, the romantic in me thinks you are a very happy couple. Love is great when it’s with the right person so I wish you happiness. I know you have been through some man drama, and you are not alone girl. It’s nice when you find a good one isn’t it!

Kim was supposed to be in London all week with Reggie and his team. They play the Chargers on the 26th(this Sunday). So was she going to fly there on Sunday with Reggie, spend her birthday with him, and then come back for this birthday party in Vegas on Firday and then fly BACK to England for the game on Sunday? That’s a lot of frequent flyer miles girl.

I Concur & Lela: It is obvious that these parties were planned in advance. The Saints left for London immediately after the game on Sunday. Kim’s plans may have been to only be in London until Thursday, come back to the states for the party. You do realize that Kim and Kourtney get paid for these parties.
