QUICK NOTE: I have decided to post this picture to finally put all of the plastic surgery rumors to rest! (BTW, in the ’90s it must have been cool to wear my bikini hiked so high up. LOL!)

Hey Kim,

Can you please let us know what cosmetic surgeries you have done? I am assuming breast implants and lip injections. Perhaps more, but that doesn’t matter. I would like to know because, well first, doesn’t everyone? And second, because I am considering getting plastic surgery, so I would love to know any doctors that I can trust to perform these procedures on myself!

    I love Keeping up with the Kardashins!!!Your family makes me want to be a part of your family.I love the way two families have blended, I too have a blended family, not as big though (6 children all together 2 boys 4 girls).

    Hey KIm, love u so much….u r really beautiful…I have a problem with acne and acne scars on my face….plz help me in how to get rid of them, i tried covering them with cover but it just get worse and nuthing works no proactiv nothing plz help me

    Hey i was just reading your post bout plastic surgery.. i am Chaldean..same thing as Armenian except we speak different language lol.. we ll have big butts and full chest. but i got my nose done and your bump disappeared i assume u got ur nose done

    I was just wondering, since you’ve got a bigger butt, what are the best jeans to wear? My butt, too, is bigger and I can’t seem to find any jeans that really fit it right.

    I was reading about how you are insecure about your nose, and I have the same exact problem. My mom always tells me I can have plastic surgery, but I’m too scared to change my face. It’s hard feeling confident w/ a bump, how do you look past it?

    i would like advice from u. i have a photo shoot comin up and mybody looks alot like urs but 1 of the photograpers told me i have to loose few inches on my thighs so i wanted to know wat size of jeans are u so i can have an idea of how much to lose
