QUICK NOTE: I have decided to post this picture to finally put all of the plastic surgery rumors to rest! (BTW, in the ’90s it must have been cool to wear my bikini hiked so high up. LOL!)

Hey Kim,

Can you please let us know what cosmetic surgeries you have done? I am assuming breast implants and lip injections. Perhaps more, but that doesn’t matter. I would like to know because, well first, doesn’t everyone? And second, because I am considering getting plastic surgery, so I would love to know any doctors that I can trust to perform these procedures on myself!

    you ppl need to get lives and stop scrutinizing Kim’s pictures. This pic obviously shows that Kim is a natural beauty, so leave the girl alone. Jeez. You girls need some self esteem!!!!!!!!!!! so you can stop criticizing other women who are beautiful. Accept it, she is beautiful.

    Kim seems to be one of the most polarizing women in america and everyone has an opinion on her body,relationships with men, and even why she is a celebrity.Iv seen some of the most nastiest comments about this girl and i cant understand why those that hate her so much even come to her site.It seems to be jealousy because you cant have that kind of hate without envy.for those that worship her&think you know her because you have watched every season of her reality show wise up.You dont know any1 unless you interact with them daily.Yes she seems nice but let yur parents be yur role models young girls

    Kim, you are beautiful, and I know you hear people say over and over that these morons are just jealous, but it’s clearly the truth! Why else would they take out so much time to be cruel.

    I love your body and it’s obviously natural. Keep on keeping on because there’s way more love then hate. I feel sorry for you idiots you must be disgustingly ugly.

    I saw the episode where Khloe takes an acting class and she’s talkin crap about you, saying how you’re never at the store, and how you just disappeared for the past two years. Even you’re sisters think you’re lame, and they prodcast it on national TV. You get rich off of spreadin your legs (which btw, I’ve seen the vid, you’re totally TALKING TO THE CAMERA, PLAYIN IT UP, THOUGH YOUR PERFORMANCE SUCKS) and all of a sudden you’re too good to work at your family’s store. You’re such a bitch. I can’t wait ’til all of this comes to a screaching hault, when nobody gives a shit about you anymore, and all you have is your family and your store. You know what, I’d probably like you more when that happens because at least you’ll be humbled and real, not the fake ass bitch you are now.

    Kim, you’re a grown woman and don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. All the negativity you’re getting about your body, or what you’ve done with it, are from those who could only dream they looked like you. I know how frustrating it can be hearing people constantly assume or pass judgement on stories or rumors that has no substance. Just ignore them girl. Think about all the blessings you have in life…financial stability, great boyfriend, awesome family, etc. I agree with your advice on getting plastic surgery. People should definitely use caution on something that can be irreversable, or sometimes deadly. Keep your head up girl :o)

    Im only 14 and I consider you as a role model tbh…
    I know about the negative and positive press about you but It seems to me that you are a down to earth, girl..I read some of these comments and they are so hurtful, when they aren’t even directed to me! I don’t believe these negative comments but know that I am a true, dedicated fan! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOUR SHOW! I LOVE YOUR STYLE! EVERYTHING! LOL…Now I’m embarressed for some reason.
