I think all of us girls have felt like that at one point in time...wishing they could be like someone else and wishing they could be beautiful...but let me tell you something...there is more to life than beauty, and trying to get attention, and finding a guy! Best advice I can give you (and I know I am not Kim but when I read this I felt compelled to write to you) is that don't wrap yourself to much into those things...stay focused on your life, where you are going, and what you want to accomplish! Beauty does not last forever. If she is as conceited as you say she is then she is not a beautiful person after all. I don't think she is truly truly happy with herself and by the looks of it she is living a very unfulfilled life. What you should see in yourself is a more beautiful person than she will ever be because you have a good heart. It all starts from with in and then that's when the confidence kicks in and then that's when you will be looking amazing and you will shine! Things of this world will pass away and none of the material things will matter in the end!!!

i am of a hundurian and belizian decent. however i do not have long hair and my nose is kind of big. i lack a lot of confidence and its not like my friends make me feel any better about myself. there is this girl at my job and she is a total bitch. She always brags about being conceited and educated on her myspace page and even though i shouldnt be reading it i just cant stop feeding into her. when i first came to the job she spoke to me and was really nice but now she doesn't speak to me at all and always seems as if she has an attitude. Everyone does anything that she wants and all the guys go crazy over her because she has a big butt. ii used to think nothing of her but now i think the world of her. i dont understand why she is so conceited( maybe because of all the attention she gets) but how do i stop wishing that i was her and just learn to accept myself. i know she probably looks down on me cuz she thinks shes better than everyone else. what should i do? and how do i gain more confidence in myself so i can show her that i am somebody too. i know it sounds pathetic but it really bugs me....i just want to be beautiful and successful but everytime i c her i just get down, cuz i know i can never compare to her. Do u think that she just puts up a front or could she really be that conceited...... she says she always gets what she wants....and u know what i believe her.

I used to win trophies for figure skating.... it still holds a special place in my heart, sometimes i just daydream about figure skating. Unfortunately i dont do it as much as i could nowadays. I also feel the same way about dancing. In high school i attended as many sports opportunities that i could've i got involved with golf, bowling, and swimming. I also received a trophy for all three is was a tropy for performance and i was so happy even though i wasn't a champion, but inside im a champ and i like to challenge myself.
