I was honestly shocked that my mom and Bruce let her do it but she begged and begged. Kylie was good all summer so when she came home from camp they let her do it!

i've been dying my hair since i was like in the 5th grd.Longgg time ago..lol my mom would do blonde streaks like Kylies and when my mom got mad at me i would dye them red, blue or purple. A funky color just to get her more mad..lol
