Dear Tara The Sophomore,
The funnest years of my life were in high school! I went to Marymount High in Los Angeles and had classes with Kourtney. My best friends Simone and Allison were in all of my classes, too.
I was friends with everyone... the popular clicks, the nerds, hippie chicks, sporty girls. I was popular, but also very shy. I loved all the school dances and dress up days like Halloween.
At our school we had to wear uniforms—it was an all-girl catholic school. I felt like there was no distraction from guys. We hung out with guys on the weekends and all of us girls shared the best stories during the week.
I also loved wearing a uniform. It made it really easy to not have to pick outfits to wear and there was no competition.
I loved history and spanish class but I hated math!!!
During high school I lived with my dad most of the time. So high school reminds me of him.
Those were the best years of my life! Live in the moment and have a blast!!!

great advice.. i need help.. my cousin has been missing for weeks and cant find her she calls but she calls private and says she doesnt want to come home.. we're all really worried because her boyfriend is missing too.. wich sould mean they are together but hes already 18 and shes 15.. he already has a baby.. im really stressed out i can hardly sleep i really wanna find her.

kim, awesome advice! i am a freshman at an all girls cathlioc school, and so far i really like it. i actually like the uniforms so i can already know what im wearing that morning and i dont have to stress over it all day. i also like the fact theres no guys there cause then i dont have to get ready in the morning. i can just throw my hair up and go! my boyfriend that i have been with for a really long time goes to a tech school right across the street from my school, and its such a treat to see him on the weekend :]

I REMEMBER MY HIGH SCHOOL YEARS, THEY WERE THE BEST !!!! I WAS IN THE PEP TEAM, DRILL TEAM AND TRACK & FIELD. I LOVED SCHOOL. JUST REMEMBER TO BE YOURSELF, AND ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF IT. Oh and to Tara - If I could change one thing about highschool, it would be to not care so much of how others saw me! Life is so much bigger outside highschool - I look back and laugh at how shy I was. I was too scared to try out for school plays, or too scared to talk to particular people - when in the end we are all the same. So make the most of every moment. Be friends with everyone, and don't be so hard on yourself!

I went to a Catholic highschool called 'Marymount'!! What a coincidence! Except mine wasn't an all girls school. Unisex schools are good in a sense that boys didn't become intimidating to us - but I can see how an all girls school can help with the distraction haha.
I agree - having uniforms saves girls from a whole lot of wardrobe troubles.

Hey kim!! i need some advice from you asap!! ...i got a new kitten and i had no idea that he had ringworms (fungus) which is a skin disease that is contagous (from animal to humans, humans to animals).
Ofcourse i cought it and its all over my body...and the doctor told me it wont go away till 2-3 weeks with medication..i got it in my skin and my hair! its all falling off..i cant go out for 2-3 weeks because it might be cought by anyone through direct touch...i just wanted to know what can i do at home in these 2-3 boring weeks..? Please HELP =(!!!

It's true. You shouldn't worry too much about what other people may think of you. Always be confident no matter what, because those people won't always be in your life, whether you like it or not. There is a bigger world out there than just high school. You'll soon find out how silly all of your worries were in your high school years once you graduate and move on to bigger things.
