Dear Falling Off The Wagon,

I have to admit, dieting is so hard for me! I have a major sweet tooth and it's really hard for me to stay on a specific diet, like Atkins, for example. It seems as though even if I don't love bread, if the diet says I can't have any, I all of a sudden want it!

What I recently did is... I went to Whole Foods and got different snacks that I like, which are healthier, to replace my cookies and cakes that I love so much! That way when I do fall off a diet, I fall into something not as bad as before.

To me sweets are addicting, so it's really hard to not have any, so why don't you try to just limit your intake and have a little bit when you need it, instead of doing a perfect diet then all of a sudden binging so hard that you completely ruin it!

Everything in moderation is OK!

So far my diet has been going great but, as you might [relate], there were a few days I fell off. (Imagine if I didn't. LOL!) Well, what can you suggest to prevent this? Please help!

Kim, you're so right. Every time I start Atkins, I quit. It's just the "restrictive" mindset that I can't handle. I eat everything in moderation and work out for 60 minutes every day. I feel great! Starting to look great too!

I have to let you know that about a year ago I started working out, thanks to your Playboy!!! I have lost almost 40 lbs and recently just accomplished a huge goal; I decided a personal trainer was my best option and he asked me what my goal was and I said the Kim Kardashian look-and of course like any other male he was totally for it....for the last 4 weeks I have followed a strict diet and realized that my health is the most important thing-I would like to thank you for the extra shove, everytime that my husband and I see you on tv it keeps me so motivated to keep doing what I am doing....Thanks Kim keep up those curves!!!!!!

Well for me is very hard to stay on a diet or doing exercise, im not fat at all, but i will love to lose some weight in specific spots, but i cant.
What i do is drinking water, and trying not to thin about food, i work from 8-12 and from 2-6, so in that time i dont eat, cause im in the office very busy almost all the time, i dont drink coffe, just water, and some days some cookie, i do 3 meals, the heaviest is lunh at 12, and then i just do dinner at 6, bred as usual.
Im trying to stay fit but is very hard, im trying to eat more veggies and fruits and to walk at least 3 times per week, i cant go to gyms i quit very fast. So im doing alternatives to keep on track.
Well thats my plan give me opinios, and well see u.
By the way Kim has a great body, and with all that dancing it will be just better.

I suggest drinking a class of water before each meal. It makes you feel fuller so you will not eat so much. As for your sweet tooth, go ahead and eat but just a bite or two. If you quit cold turkey you will crave it more and more and that is when you will over eat what it is you have been missing.

google "3 day diet" its pretty cool, the toast and pnum butter in the morning is great compared what i usually was eating lol, i guess theres supposed to be something in the pnut butter that supresses ur appetite, its helping, but i think alot if in our heads, cus i eat when im not hungry but i get the chicken snack wraps at mcdonalds now instead of burger and stuff! and replace your sugar with splenda, and only due meat, say two to three times a week..............question, do squats really GIve make a butt? cus i dont have much of a butt but ive been doing squats and i dont see anything happenin back der! LOL

Great advice Kim. You're right, dieting can be so hard! I too have a sweet tooth. While dieting, i use to cut out sweets completely, and i eventually found myself binging on twinkies, cookies, and the ultimate guilty pleasure...CHOCOLATE!!! To cure my sweet tooth, i replaced those sweets with applesauce, which i find to be quite tasty. You're my body inspiration girl, so keep doing what you're doing. You look great.

I love how you are pretty down to earth for someone with your background and how you do not succomb to the pressures to be stick thin in Hollywood. You are so beautiful and I would love to have a body like yours and yes, Whole Foods rocks!

So.. you wanna look more good looking.That's prefectly normal, and i support you no matter you do that diet or not. The only question is: is it possible for you to look even more beautiful?
