Learning from rumba night

Last night we danced the Rumba! Wow this show is a huge challenge for me! I really thought I did a good job! But the judges thought differently!

I was really trying to break down what I am doing wrong. The fact that I have never performed before in front of anyone—let alone 25 million people—is a huge accomplishment to me when the dance is done because I am so out of my element here, and it feels like such a rush when we are dancing!

This show is teaching me a lot! When talking to Reggie about it, he made a good point, that I have never played a sport where I would win or lose a game, I have never competed against anyone before where I would be judged, and just learning all of this is teaching me more about ME!

Although I am learning choreography and spending hours in the dance studio, I think I am learning so much more about myself than I ever imagined. So at the end of the day, this is such a life changing experience.

To be honest last week, I cried so hard when I got home, just knowing this is SO hard for me and I really am trying—but my inner shyness is making it look like I am just not trying. I think I took it way to seriously and I was a nervous wreck on Wednesday.

This week I am just having more fun with it and haven’t really let the judges comments hurt me. I feel that in life when challenges come your way, sometimes God tests you, and wants you to learn, because that is what life is about! I hope the plan he has for me is to stay in a little bit longer, because I don’t think I have learned everything there is to learn from Dancing With The Stars yet!

I haven’t quiet come out of my shell and I so badly want to! Each dance gets easier for me but I’m not ready to give up on this inner challenge that I’m faced with by a simple dance! I know it seems silly that dancing is this big of an inner struggle but it is and I so badly want to overcome it and have fun with it all at the same time! This show is a blessing and I hope you all are just enjoying this journey with me!

It was great to have my dad’s side of the family there to watch and support! My cousins Kourtni and Kara Kardashian came with my cousins Chey and Julie. I definitely felt the love!

My friend Caroline D’Amore also came to support!

    Hi Kim,

    Ur pretty Kim, but Dancing doesn’t fit u, we must admit… :-(
    Try to MOVE us when u dance.
    We all know that ur not used to working hard (unfortunately…), and dancing is NOT simply being sexy. Look at Toni braxton for example: she was amaaaazing!!
    U can get ride of ur clumsiness.. please!

    1- WHY ARE PEOPLE EVEN WASTING THEIR PRECIOUS TIME ON THIS SITE, WRITING ABOUT A FAKE NOBODY? Perhaps they have nothing of substance in their life and need to feed off the “beauty” and “celebrity-status”-ness of others. Now beauty is relative.

    2- EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GIRL IS FAKE AND UNNATURAL. Is there actual beauty there? Not in my book. Anybody can be turned into an exterior beauty with help, but there is zero inner beauty in this case. If you strip her of her plastic surgeries and make-up and hair stylist, you would just see an ugly Armenian girl with the typical big nose. But most other Armenian girls have intelligence and educations and jobs, this one has emptiness. Remember one car accident or one random act of violence can change someone’s life in an instant. But what’s inside remains (provided you have a personality to begin with of course)

    3- HOW CAN SOMEONE WHO POSES NAKED FOR MILLIONS TO SEE (AND LET’S NOT FORGET, ALSO TO JERK-OFF TO) SAY SHE HAS TROUBLE COMING OUT OF HER SHELL? Looks like you already did come out of your PLASTIC shell there Kim.

    4- LET’S TALK ABOUT DWTS: Bruno was so right. She is a frigid ice princess, has no groove and should have been booted off on night 1. That comes with the no-personality part; she just stood there all the time with her chin slightly down with the same expression, we never really see her teeth, she never has an open-mouth authentic smile, has anyone ever seen her laugh out loud and her eyes crinkle with emotion?

    5- THAT’S ALL THE TIME I AM WILLING TO WASTE ON A NON-EXISTENT HUMAN BEING. Kim – why don’t you write back to me and tell me I am wrong. Tell me what you have done in life? When you die, what are they going to say at your funeral about you? What difference have you made in someone’s life? Who would want to have you as a life partner? What can you bring to them, other than the superficial and material?

    In the meantime – please do us all a favor and stay off the dance floor and save us the pain of having to view that type of embarrassment. Thanks.
