The clip you saw on The E! hollywood story on Joe Francis was from the red carpet with the Kardashian sister and Kim was standing next to him, when he said "Kim is in it." So what part of that made you think she was in the video series? That particular red carpet appearance was after he was released from jail. Joe happens to be really good friends with Kourtney.

I think the Hollywood mindset about what is acceptable behavior is kind of warped. However, there are a lot of seemingly righteous people who are doing a lot worse things than the Hollywood people. I guess we each just have to be the best we are capable of and try to set a good example for others.
