Theres nothing wrong with going El Naturale. It also helps people appreciate the effort you go to when you do get all made up. With the 'made up' look, I'd scrap the mascara on the lower lashes

I think that you do a great job on your makeup, beautiful and dewy without looking overdone. Although I find that the overdone look comes with mascara on the lower lashes.

Personally..... I think that for the "every day" go with the "no make-up" thing, your skin will stay healthier longer, but for T.V. or a "special event" go with the more dramatic. I believe that you don't need to "cake" on Foundation like other stars cause you have Naturally good skin, but if you do "cake" it on for a long time then it will end up being a "Must". Thats what I think, but do whatever makes you feel happy and great about ourself.

You don't have a naturally beautiful face. Saying this not as a jerk, but as a make-up artist. You've over exaggerated your facial looks with make-up for too long, the results of which show prominently on your face. Either keep wearing the heavy make-up, or go lighter gradually.

Once, I watched something on TV and you were saying that for the new Keeping Up you were going to look more natural and use less make-up because you were tired of wearing a lot of it. Well, let me tell you, it will not be the same. Because the series are pure entertainment, of course!, but the audience enjoys the appearance and the luxury you have. :)

I think that the more natural look is lovely on you. I personally like to wear more dramatic eye makeup on most days, but every now and then a more neutral look is just perfect. You have a beautiful face so you definately can pull it off.

As someone who works in fashion I feel I must comment here... I don't like the tank top you are wearing in these pictures. The pants are fierce and very flattering on you... but with such a large chest and a wider frame, a top with a wider, more substantial strap would have been far more flattering. Nobody looks their best when they are spilling out the top and sides of a spaghetti strapped top. Spaghetti straps also tend to dig into the shoulder when they are supporting the weight of a more ample (albeit amazing) chest. I give you credit for having the courage to try a new look, I think it works well for you...

Hi Kim. You do not need to use foundation and set it in with powder. You do not need tons of makeup. If you listen to me, you would follow this makeup routine:

1. apply moisturizer
2. apply tinted moisturizer over it. I like to use La Mer tinted moisturizer. It is really amazing.
3. Put on eyeliner on the top lid. Don't put eyeliner inside the bottom lid because it really closes up the eye and looks fake. Also use dark brown eyeliner on the top lid instead of black. Use a creamy eyeliner and smudge it on the top of the eye.
4. Use a lip liner in a mauve color. Then use a mauve colored lipstick.

That's all you need!

you are beautiful, keep makeup light kim, if you go out and party theres nothing wrong with glamming it up, but otherwise your dont need it all, you exude s much self confidence when you dont wear as much makeup because your let your natural attributes shinem keep shining girl!!

I think your true beauty is totally un-replicable, no-one can look like YOU, but they CAN look like you with the glam makeup on. Whatever you feel more comfortalbe in, but i think you look better with NO makeup because the coloring of your skin/eyes/eyebrows is so perfect. This is funny because just the other day i started putting makeup on again (i didnt wear makeup for 3 weeks) and felt more self conscious with it on, and almost wondered if i looked better without it. I stuggle myself with which look is better especially when I have been glaming it up forever. My fiance made a good point to me about when a women is more natural they seem more approachable. I think that's why they like it. Either way, I try both depending on the day and how I feel. You look great both ways, which is hard to pull off.

I think how you do your make-up depends on your mood that day. Sometimes you're feeling fierce and more make-up suits that. And sometimes its nice just to be simple. But since you're used to wearing a heavier make-up, I would suggest doing a thin line of eyeliner on the top lid just to give a little pop. Either way you still got it girl.

I am from Europe where usually less make-up is used. Understatement so to say. However, I think you do look beautiful, u have a great skin and there is NO need to put on tons of make-up. I think it looks fake and even if it is done well, i think it also looks cheap.

Make only enhances what one already has. If one believes that she is a beautiful person, there really is no need for much makeup. You do look different without your makeup (totally different), but it does not make you unattractive. I do not wear makeup, and I choose to do so for the simple fact that I don't want to take away from what I actually look like. But it is what works for a particular person, if one feels more comfortable wearing makeup, I say go for it. Look at your sister Kourtney, she doesn't seem to wear much makeup or any at all, and I think she is a beautiful person.

Kim you look great either way..its better for your skin to keep it light in the summer...you should try smash box foundation. I think that natural look is beautiful, I tend to not wear so much make up all the time. I mostly keep it simple with foundation, blush, mascara and a little lip gloss. Other times though when I plan on going out or if I havea day that I just want to glam it up I go a little heavier. Usually with some darker shimmery shadows and heavy liner. So yeah I think that for a more every day look natural is the way to go. And you would look beautiful with mud slapped in your face. lol ROCK IT GIRL !!

love ya Kim! I think that the natural look looks great for the daytime, but for night i'm not feelin it so much. The night ones it looks like you put some white shadow or something on your lids, and it looks funny. If you want to go more natural I would put some black eyeliner on your bottom lid, it's very minimal and it makes the eyes look darker for night. I use a covergirl eye pencil in black.

Also, you look a lot better when you are curvy, it is part of your appeal. Anyone can be skinny, especially in hollywood!

The natural look is nice. I think people are just so used to seeing you with a pound of makeup on that you almost look like a different person without it. Also, I think if you want to go really natural you should maybe stop getting so much collagen in your lips...

You look great with the "all natural" look! I love it! Of course you may want to go a bit heavy on the eyes when it comes to going out and of course, it's always depending on the outfit, but natural is beautiful! I always tend to go natural except for when I go out, that's when I do put on a nice shade of eye shadow to blend better with the outfit I may be wearing... I use Bare Escentuals make-up, by Leslie Blodgett. This make up is soo great, it's all powder, which doesn't make the make up feel so heavy. Maybe you should try it out and see how it works for you and your new natural look!? It's very nice and gives the natural look, making it seem like you barely even put any make up on, but still gives a nice fresh make up look. Either way, you look great! Love your fashion sense and style, please never change that!!

i think you look good either way. i think since not wearing make up is healthier for your skin, you should go without it for everyday things, but then when you go out somewhere fancy you should wear some. or, of course, you can also wear it when you just feel like wearing it. either way, you look great, so it doesn't really matter.

I'm all about less make-up in the summer, especially here in SoCal. I recently discovered how to mix my own tinted moisturizer and it's been such a breeze to maintain summer make-up.

you look much more beautiful with not so much makeup... CLASSY looking and sexy at the same time. On the show, your makeup is too much and this is just a better look! With so much makeup it looks like you're trying too hard. This is beautiful and natural and at night just put a LITTLE more on! I know Reggie likes it too.

I wanna do that same transission too, especially right now during the summer when you tend to get all sweaty on hot days but I have really dark circles under my eyes that I must cover and some blemishes as well =( But definitely go for the more natural look, Kim!

The natural look is WAYYY better, you look like you wear just way TOO much make-up all the time. Events are fine, but that's it. Btw, I know you're wearing make-up w/ u in the green dress, I can see concealor and powder on. White lies aren't very nice. Other than that, hope u take the 'natural' advice! You have a face that is beautiful with makeup or without, consider yourself very blessed. I would do the natural more during the day, show that side of you and others. At night go for the glam sexy look that is your signature look. But unlike others here I would say makeup is supposed to be fun so i think it was very cool of you to experiment with different looks.

I personally choose to wear very lil makeup simply because i think once you start to wear it heavily it because a demand and too noticeably when you dont have any on. you know how you look at someone who always wears makeup and see them without it?? its like whoa..wheres the makeup!But anyway i think you gorgeous either way so keep it fresh mostly and only use alot at events.

You are absolutely gorgeous with any or no make up on and your flexibility is amazing! Other sites have commented on your 'excessive' make up suggesting maybe you needed it, but obviously you dont! The darker colors look fabulous on you as well, its all expressing yourself and your mood, your inner beauty always shines through! We love to learn from your different styles too, because one style wont fit on all of us!

some people are so ridiculous on here. i am a freelancing makeup artist and even i dont wear anything but mascara and occasionally foundation when i dont have time. IF I HAD A FACE AND FLAWLESS SKIN LIKE YOURS THEN ID GO EVERYWHERE WITHOUT MAKEUP running errands. makeup is fun to experiment with, thats why i hate it when people think its a hassle. it should be an option not something you have to do. smokey and intense eyes are best for pictures at night or photoshoots since they dont work as well during the day. i think you look amazing without makeup just like angelina jolie, who i had the pleasure of seeing without makeup in person.

Hey Kim, I think you look better in the white top versus the turquoise dress because you have this sparkle in your eyes and it brightens up your face. You are one of those girls that doesn't NEED a lot of makeup to look good. But some makeup does enhance your look. I think you can go with a little makeup and only more glam when you have to. Let your skin breathe a little. Either way you're a knockout. Sometimes though, less is more.

i think i wear lots of makeup, but i don't do the smokey look during the day. i can't stand not wearing any eyeshadow .. and it's funny bc before i got into makeup, i used to wonder what the point of eyeshadow was.

i love wearing makeup and feel that i won't ever gather up the courage to go out in public without any. but i wish i could pull off the natural look the way you can.

Yes, I like the natural look. It's nice, clean, fresh looking. I think it's good to give the skin a breather from wearing make up.

On most days, I wear a little eye liner, natural colored lipstick, and pressed powder over moisturizer. I feel a little incomplete without that eyeliner. I like to emphasize my eyes (as they say, the eyes are the windows to the soul).

I think you look nice without make up or with make up. I think eyeliner looks good on you because it emphasizes your big brown eyes.

Try not to listen to the critics. They can't expect you to look like a movie star 24 hours/day. Even movie stars don't look like movie stars 24 hours/day;-) !!

I love makeup! The process of putting it on and trying all types of looks. I don't wear a chunk load of makeup, but I definitely love lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, etc., etc. In my opinion I love your smoky eye look more than these natural pics. Your like me: it's either the whole package of makeup or none at all in order to look good! Your still gorgeous. Keep it up girly!

Kim you are the poster girl for the glam, made up look! You are like a modern day sophia loren, and i think more women should take the time and effort to get made up like you do! The smoky eyes really brings out your features and makes you look very exotic and unique. Without makeup you blend in more with what all these other "all natural" celebs look like. Still beautiful, but in a different way!

"Less is more". If that's what your new stylist is telling you, she's correct. The more natural look is what you should go for, espcially if you are trying to make a transition where people take you more seriously. Of course, the more dramatic look you are known for has it's place for special events or photo shoots, too. BTW, I'd love to know who makes the grey pants you are wearing in these pics.

I have to say, when I first saw "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" I thought it was fake because you all look way too made up for everyday life at home. This is more realistic and casual, not as fake.

dont lose your style bcuz others say so!! as middle eastern women we all wear makeup and others dont so it looks like we wear alot, but go to europe, russia, dubai, its not a big deal there. Thats our style and just cuz western people dont doesnt mean you have to tone it down or change what you like. you look great both ways but i think its nice to see someone look extra gorgegous, then the usual just woke up look, thats everywhere, be different! i used to get the same from my friends in LA, but i toned it down or pumped it up depending on how lazy i was (haha!) not because they didnt wear any makeup and i did. I think that club events or what not, you could do you smokey look, but when you are running errands or what not, and day time stuff you should do natural. Bottom line is... YOU ARE SOO BEAUTIFUL that it does not matter whether you wear make up or not. People are used to you wearing the lots and lots of make up, but who cares, they will get used to you without. You are probably too busy, and it must be tiring if you have to glam up everytime. I'm sure your man likes you natural so there it is there.

hope you don't mind me asking this, possibly strange question but i notice you have quite large breasts, i do too, i'm an E, but, i always look awful in whatever tops i wear..when i wear tshirts i look massive-not in a good way, in a kind of drowning my body way, and the same happens when i wear vests strapless tops etc so i was wondering if you have any tips on certain tops i should try? cause you always look amazing, hope this makes sense, sorry if it doesn't!!

If i would be going out to a dinner, see a movie, or a party then i'll glam it up just a notch.
I love the feeling of just bare skin..., and if anything, i'll do the mascara and lips on a regular basis that's all. :)

I would definitely continue to just switch it up back and forth depending on where you're going. I agree with some of the comments about the super glammed up make up being what makes you , you and so I would hate to see you ditch that look. It's what really made me notice and look up to you in the first place because so many people arent able to pull that off! You're going to look gorgeous either way but personally I like the glamorous smokey eye look best!

I think the natural look looks good on you and worked well with the occasion. I also like the heavy look...but if I were you, I would leave that one to wear at night and the natural look for the day :)

It’s always nice to tone down the makeup to show your own natural beauty. So, nice and simple during the day, and glammed up during the night to keep the glam look unique.

I honestly keep it fresher with hardly any makeup on so when I glam up during the night, it looks different.

kim, i actually commented about this look in a diff blog,(with the white spagetti top, black pants and hair in bu) i really love this look. this is good for the daytime or etc, and then wen your going out at nite or events u can do the smokey look. u definitely look gorgeous without makeup, and this look will kinda show the haters that its not the makeup that makes u that beautiful.keep it up!!

You look way much better with less make up on...your features pop out...dont get me wrong i love your glamours look, but this look, is just too beautiful, and its summery as well=) and it goes great with you hair...I like how it shows off your cheek bones...and believe me you do not need those fake eye lashes...fake eyelashes., they take away the beauty of your eyes...i usually put a black kohl on the upper inside eye to define my eyes, and i fill in the lashes with a bit of black kohl and the lower part i use a light colour, and my eyes look bigger and more defined this way...black kohl in the lower eye makes it smaller...

(Obviously) you are gorgeous. I think not wearing so much makeup highlights your natural beauty, with is hard to do. There are so many people who can wear a pound of makeup and look hot, but there are few who can look so beautiful without a lot of product. I think you should keep on experimenting with looks if you like, but the minimal makeup is a great look for day and for more casual nights out.

Honestly, I'm like you where I go through times of not wanting to war lots of makeup n just using shimmer and mascara like this look you just showed, but I love the smoky look too. Just mix it up whenever you feel like because we all know you look great no matter what :)

kim you look gorgeous any way.. I always go for for just eyeliner and mascara i used to wear foundation but not anymore especially when im tan, it looks more natural. I think im the only one who noticed how in every picture you can see the guys eyes wondering and checking out your back haha

I like the natural look for day. I myself love the smokey look on myself, but i try to lighten up with lighter shadows, mascara and lipgloss during the day. It takes a while to get used to, but it looks natural and nice on you. Your a pretty girl, and believe me you have lips, eyes and your eyebrows that dont need so much attention. Of course when your out on the town at night play it up. Either way you look beautiful.
