I cut my foot (ouch!)

Some press outlets are reporting that I was injured, so I thought I should let you guys know that I am totally okay and this WILL NOT affect my ability to compete in Dancing With The Stars! I did cut my foot last night in New York City. I arrived late last night with my mom because we are filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians and I have a bunch of press for Disaster Movie to do in NYC.

What happened was this: I was checking emails in my hotel room and placed my computer on a mirrored desk. There were parts of the glass mirror that were cracked, and when I finished up my work and got up, my foot rubbed against it and it sliced it open.

As you can see from the pictures it was pretty bloody. I was rushed by an ambulance to an emergency room nearby and had it checked out! I did not end up getting stitches because it will actually slow the healing process down—and I need to do whatever is safest but fastest healing wise. So, my doctor just “dermabonded” it—basically surgically gluing it back together and keeping it bandaged up!

It was more scary than anything, and all that blood just freaked me out! But I am okay and my foot will be fine!

    What kinda sleezy ass hotel is this? Glass cabinets? plasticy looking white chairs, with black….this is like 90’s modern cheapy lookin stuff…and the mirror is so dirtyyyy….

    omg! my husband cut his finger last nite too! i freaked out bcoz theres lots of blood dripping! i cleaned his finger and put bandage on it! i told him that we should go to the hospital but he said it was just a bobo..so he is alrite now!

    Hi Kim,
    Sorry to hear about your ingury, that’s the worst place to get an ingury. I saw the announcement of your casting on Dancing with the Stars, congratulations,I am sure you’ll be great.Take care of yourself and if you can get your foot wet, soaking with epsom salts,while it will sting will help keep infection out and helps to hail.

    aww.. i hope you feel better. it looks really painful. hey by the way i saw you on a morning show today with kathy lee i think… i am not good with names. sorry. lol. but you looked so pretty with your hair in a side ponytail. your mom looked good too. they showed her very briefly. you are fab. vanessa minello or something was with you too. u are gorgeous. anyways take care hope your toe gets better soon… lots of love.
