Can you match my effort?
Hey Guys! So, I have held my end of the bargain with my workout plan! I have lost about five solid pounds and feel great! Reggie and I were heavily working out, while he was here before training camp started! I make sure that I work out at least 3 times a week! But now that I am into a heavy workout mode, I feel lazy when I take a day off, so some weeks, depending on my schedule, I work out 4 or 5 times a week! Now that Reggie is gone, my brother Rob and I have been hitting the gym together! I start off with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! I definately run 2 miles per workout, then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. I alternate between arms and legs switching off every other workout. I then do a bunch of stomach exercises and then stretch! When I get home I always do leg lifts, lunges and squats! It’s not all about working out though, I definately have changed my diet too! I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat more protein. I definately cant give up sweets all together, so I just toned them down! I still have some more work to do, but I wanted to stress how important sticking to your workout plan is! I used to workout for about a week, then I would stop—but this time I stuck with it and have been consistently working out for a little over two months! How have you guys been doing? Have you been sticking to your workouts consistently? The blue bikini is Jean Paul Gaultier and the red and black one is Le Duex.

Actually kim i have been keepin up with it. i would usualy blow off my diet a week or two into it or cheat but ive been stickin to it and it shows as well with u kimmy u luk fab so lets keep it up shall we!

Kim i have been keepin up with my diet and it totally shows usually i’d blow off my diet a week into it but i havnt and their is change ALOT as well with u kim u look fabulous so lets keep it up shall we!lol
its good that you’re sticking with your workout this time, and you look beautiful…..but i had a problem myself with sticking to a workout and i came around to it and now i lost 10 lbs =]
