Confidence is key
Dear Kim,
You always seem to have confidence in yourself. I, however, lack confidence. Everyone says that I’m a pretty girl, but I feel that I’m not. Whenever I’m with my friends, they always get more attention from guys… and they aren’t “all-that” great looking. I’ve got personality, and they don’t. I always find myself comparing their body types to mine, because they are size zeroes, and that makes me think that guys always go for the thin ones. How can I stop comparing and start to feel comfortable in my own skin and feel more confident?

I understand where you are coming from not confident, I am not exactly a sizr 0 either, and I struggle with confidence everyday on some level, and what I have to remember is that in order for someone to love you, you have to love yourself first. Self love is most important, and once you have that, confidence will come,and then who will be able to resist you then??!!

So true! It’s so important to have a healthy self esteem, for girls especially! When you feel confident somehow your face glows, your smile is radiant, and that shirt falls into all the right places! Lol cheesy but guys really notice, and you will get approached so much more!
