Hooray for Hollywood

I was driving to my friend’s house the other day in Hollywood and saw everyone taking pictures on the side of the road.

I looked up and it was the Hollywood sign! I thought it was pretty cool, to be that close, but didn’t want to stop and get out of my car to take a picture. (I mean, I’m a Southern California girl. I’m no tourist! Ha!)

With the famous sign on my mind, I drove up the winding road to my friend’s house. I was compelled to walk to the backyard and then realized, standing there looking at H-O-L-L-Y-W-O-O-D, I was the closest I will ever come to it!

I was mesmerized by it, so I took a pic! I must admit it was pretty cool! 

It’s illegal to climb up the hill where it stands and there is a full time patrol helicopter team scoping out the mountain. I wonder if anyone has gotten to the sign!!!

    i dont get it, must have been one of those days kim, how bored are you its only a sign i rather sit down and watch the grass grow, im from australia and we dont have much grass growing at the moment :( due to global warming which i think global warming is all a big MIF= BS=BULLSHIT

    I’ve tried pilates, tae bo, kim’s workout dvds, hip hop abs, i do them all just keep up the variety hun, you will be aight just keep to it. Stay blessed! Kim i am so looking forward to your next workout post as well! :)

    I like photography also. I know what you mean about being compelled to take a picture of something. I do it all the time in my city which I have lived in forever. When I look back at those pictures, I’m glad I took them because it helps me remember pieces of my life, which I may not have remembered otherwise.

    Kim you are so blessed to live in CA and blessed to see such amazing sights!!! Trust me if I were to see that Hollywood sign way up close I would be mesmerized as well!!! It’s for that instant that you just think about things so differently! Very cool! I love that you post the simplest things on here but yet they are so fascinating at the same time!!! YOu can tell you are a person FULL of life and you cherish and enjoy every minute of it!!! I LOVE YOU GIRL!!!!!

    Sorry for being silly i just got me some. Im high off the endorphins! lol. I hear carmen electra’s coming out with a movable stripper pole? is this true kim bc im definitely getting one for my man. Time to kick it up a notch you know?
