I would love to know what doctor did your butt. I'm looking into fat grafting myself. I know you say your butt is real and technically that is true since the technique uses your own fat. That also explains the dents and cellulite but overall you have some of the best results I've seen. Actually you can't ever really get rid of cellulite. Once it's there it's there. You can work out to make it less noticeable. You can get rid of cellulite if you really watch what you eat AND you have to work out EXTREMELY hard.
