I recently had a baby and I feel like crap. I was wondering if you or your mom had some tips on how to get confidence. I use to feel pretty but not anymore. I try to exercise but I get discouraged.
Maybe if you or your sis had time to talk about health and how to get healthy it would make it easier to have faith that someone cares and believes that heavier people can change and be as pretty as u guys r.

Hey ladies…who want to drop weight fast…inches and all that. Try this diet and excercise plan…its CKD…just google Ketogenic diet..you will be amazed at what you can eat. I have recently lost 65 lbs…10 more to go to my personal goal. Its high fat (good fat) and low carb…very low..but if I can do it ANYONE CAN…and I wish i had before and after pics to post but I don’t. Don’t know why this works, but basically its Sunday-Friday…dieting and weekends off basically, because you will need to CARB UP for 30 hrs…yes..no joke. just google it…read it (lots to read) and give it a chance. And I hope to hear back from you in a couple weeks with an update. Good luck…oh and don’t forget to excercise..it all goes together. OH and Kim rocks!!
Anyone who needs to loose weight should have an treadmill . Its the ultimate weight loss machine. Just start off walking 1 mile and slowly increase your speed,incline and distance and you will be skinny. Just try walking 1 mile in the mourning and 1 in the afternoon. And eat in moderation and YOU will lose weight. I dropped 30lbs in a matter of weeks. The fat just melts away. Try it,it works.You just have to force yourself for the first week than you want to exercise.
