The season finale, which airs tonight, is very special to me. My family and I toured New Orleans to see the devastation and the reconstruction that has been going on since Hurricane Katrina. There is still a lot of work to do!!

Reggie is especially passionate about it now that he lives there. He even created a charity called the “619 Foundation” which helps out families in need.

Are you going to watch the finale? What are your thoughts about how Katrina affected the people of New Orleans?

I think its sad. But, if we think thats sad, just think that there are so many places all over the world with conditions just like that but it stays like that…ie; Darfur, Cambodia, Haiti. It kind of makes me feel quilty.

I do appreciate the thought of visiting New Orleans, but I honestly don’t watch the show anymore. It is very fake and staged; even though you may deny it there’s too many clues that have been proven that it is not real and most of the events taken place are just done by the producers. However, it is still positive that you include events such as Hurricane katrina instead of the usual socialite lifestyle mostly shown by you guys. Hopefully your family continues to visit New orleans, its still beautiful there!

I’m actually a Katrina victim so I basically understand whats going on here.A lot of people kinda forgot about the situtation and a lot of ppl think everything is all good here.
Im happy you and your family got the chance to tour the city and see that people are still struggling nearly 3 years after.
I can’t wait to see the episode, its always a good thing to see celebs in my city, lol.
