I’m on  the latest cover of Fitness Rx magazine!

I also added behind-the-scenes pictures of the photo shoot for the magazine that I did with my trainer Kathy Kaehler.

She and I recently put out exercise DVDs, downloadable workouts and helpful reminder cards (some of them are even autographed by me — if you are so inclined)! You can buy my workout products here!

I’m so excited about all of this! I just hope I can help women (men are also welcome) with every body type achieve a healthy lifestyle and self image.

    Hey kim!

    Why on earth would anyone wanna be skinny? It does not look good at all. Curves and hips are sexy and they look damn good in dresses and tight clothes. I dont care how much money Paris hilton has, she can never compare to u. She looks malnourished, ill-shaped and like she dont even reach puberty yet. No hips, no breast and absolutely no shape….disgusting and no sex appeal. Do ur thing kimmy….ur gorgeous she’s not and she has a monstrous size 12 feet. Sash-squash!!!!

    NICE PICTURE KIM HOW COME YOU DIDN’T POSE IN A BIKINI? OR SOME SEXY WORKOUT GEAR FOR THE FRONT COVER OF FITNESS? IF YOU LOOK AT THE FITNESS WEBSITE ALL THE WOMEN HAVE EITHR A BIKINI ON OR A NICE WORKOUT ALFIT ON? MAYBE FITNESS WANTED TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH THE COVER I GUESS. OTHERWISE PICTURE IS NICE. GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING YOU DO KIM.

    I have never bought fitness rx before until I saw you on the cover! You look gorgeous so I had to buy it. You seriously are my inspiration! I always got teased when I was little for having a plentiful behind but now that im all grown up I’m pretty damn proud of it! Your pictures were gorgeous and I loved your workout outfit…is that Puma?
