With cardio, which I used do a lot of...three to four miles a day (40 min. to an hour) on the elliptical 6 days a week...you really can't pick and choose where you lose the weight. I cut back on the cardio 'cause you do lose weight quick but I don't wanna lose my curves, my hips, my butt, etc. and I want to get into strength training more to tone up instead, so I think judging from your body, that your videos would help alot!
