JUJITSU is good for women. Look into it! Your own gun can be used against you. Somtimes people panic and everything you learned goes out the door - trust me. Unless you are constantly praticing using a gun, it will do you no good. Its best to use a martial art for self defense.

Hey Kim. I have to say I didn't know much about you until I saw your show. You are very classy and sweet (which is a side people don't see because they're too busy stereotyping you). Also, with that old boyfriend of yours Gay J..he's constantly been doing interviews recently sounding immature and corny. He's been trying to take shots at ya relationship with Reg you got goin' on. Every woman should know how to defend herself! I've learned a few things. My grandpa is really strong on me carrying a knife in my purse though! He fought in WW2 when he was 10 so he's always been like that lol.

I can't believe you used that huge gun! That gave me a heart attack!!! I think an alternative to having a gun would be to stock up on some high grade pepper spray - there are different 'levels' so the professional level (it is more expensive than the regular but the regular doesn't work on everyone as it is not so potent).
Also you can consider a tazer gun that woud shoot an electrical shock to subdue the guy until you can get away and call the police. I think these two items will make you feel much safer and the pepper spray you can keep at the cash register, in your purse and maybe in concealed secret locations throughout the store! Hope this help!

I admit I've never actually seen your show yet (not much television in Iraq) but I did just find a short clip of you shooting the "biggest gun" the instructor had and I had to laugh. That wasn't even a full size M-16/AR-15. It looked more like a carbine. The weapon I carry on a regular basis, the M249 SAW, weighs over 20 lbs. when loaded, 3 times the size of an M-16. And if you REALLY want a big gun, try a .50 machine gun sometime. 25 lbs. barrel and over 40 lbs. for the reciever. Now THAT'S fun!

Paris is just jealous cause Simple life was cancelled & the kardashians have the #1 show on tv for women 18-24 (TV GUIDE). Plus she's got a bird nose and size 14 feet. I smell jealousy!
