Who cares if somebody gets plastic surgery i would to if i had a big nose. Its all up to the person and no one elses business. Just as long as they know that looks fade and what counts is your intellegence and character.

I have heard you deny that your butt is fake, but honestly, I don't believe it. All celebrities lie about the plastic surgery they have gotten, and as much as I love you, I think you're no exception, at least when it comes to your butt. I think this because I've seen pictures of you where your butt looks normal sized and then I've seen other pictures of you where your butt looks HUGE, like if it had suddenly grown out of nowhere, it's not normal because the difference is HUGE, and it can't be because of weight gain because the rest of your body looks the same. I think wether you have gotten plastic surgery on it or you wear something underneath your clothes to make it look bigger or both.
I know your boobs are fake, there's no question about that because the implants are so obvious, but what about your butt? Please tell us more about it and BE HONEST.

I didn't even notice a bump on your nose until you mentioned it. In my opinion, you shouldn't have anything done to your face.

Generally if someone wants[needs] plastic surgery, they should get it on their body but never the face. Thats the first thing people look at (See Joan Van Ark).

Very well thought of...however I noticed that some of the comments that people leave in your site is quite disturbing about your weight size...I really couldn't comprehend the fact that they call you "BIG" I mean it is really sending off the wrong message to many that if they consider you "BIG" who is probably a size 2,4 or 6 then what about the size 8, 10 and 12?? I mean people stop and look in the mirror please...and HAVE A LIFE PEOPLE!! GO OUTSIDE AND HAVE SOME FUN!!

I think if you go under the knife, eventually it will go wrong. But that's just my personal opinion. There's no telling what will happen to your body or what it's gonna do/how it's gonna react. This is just my personal opinion. But Kim, this is a FACT: You are so drop dead gorgeous, I want to be just like you. You are like everyone's dream supermodel. i had rhinoplasty last year it was defo worth it
im in the UK it costed me about £3500 which is quite reasonable id say
i went with the Hospital group and i had various appointments with them to talk to the surgeon and i had the op in a differnt city. the swelling and most brusing went away after 2wks-4wks, and i got the bandages off after 7 days.
this was last August
