My sisters and I recently did a public service announcement about the country of Burma’s struggle for freedom. Their Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi is imprisoned right now and has endured torture. It’s an incredible story and I’m honored to have helped raise awareness about Burma’s plight. Over all it was a really fun and eye-opening experience! We filmed the commercial at our store Dash. They wanted to show us in our natural enviorment yet still learning and spreading the word! Did you know about the plight of Burma before this post? Do you plan to take any action?

I went to Burma with my family last year, the people there are so kind and they just make you feel like you are one of them! Its so sad to see and hear about the terrible things that are going on over there! Dont know exactley how to help,other than participating in demonstrations and stuff,but i would love to help make a change!
