Its like a slang term used for American Caucasians. Just like "BLACK" refers to African-Americans. The labels "white" and "black" are not actually ethnicities. Meaning, they only apply when people usually just try to generalize someone if they're not to sure what their race is. If they appear closer to being white, they're "white". Same thing goes for when people are trying to categorize people of dark skin together. For some sad reason or another, Americans seem to believe that if your light-skinned and not black ,your white. If your dark-skinned, then you must be black. I'm so fucking tired of people thinking that there's only "black" and "white". What about EVERYONE in between. I was just correcting her generalization of Kim and all lighter-skinned people. I was just making her aware of Kim's ETHNICITY, not her race by default just because she is too light to be black!
