Dear Wounded,
Baby, you need to have more confidence in yourself. I am sure you are the kind of girl that every guy wants to be with. Confidence is key and if you don't exude it then people won't believe it!
Stop doubting yourself and be you. Your pure personalty is what attracted the boys to you in the first place.

Dear Kim,
I am a single parent to a 7 year old. I am 27 years old also. I need help finding a man who is as sweet and caring as Reggie Bush and is willing to step to the plate and accept the role as a dad. I have trouble because my daughter's father committed suicide when she was 5 months old. Ever since I have not been able to find someone who really cares about us. I am very careful not to bring them around my daughter. A lot of guys tell me that I am wife material but they are not ready to be in that type of relationship. Can I have some pointers on how to catch a real man?

Hey Kim, I'm Eva. I just wanted your insight on an issue that is relatable to you. I come from a middle-eastern background, and because of that, My parents prefer me to be with a man who is also middle-eastern. One problem...I'm not attracted to middle-eastern men. I've always been extremely attracted to black men, and always will be, and I've only ever dated black men. There's just something about the brothas that is too sexy to resist (I know you'll back me up on that one!) Was your family initially accepting of your choice of men? And how did you deal with it?
Sincerely,
Love is Blind

dear kim,
you always seem to have confidence in yourelf.
i however lack confidence.
everyone says that i'm a pretty girl, but i feel that i'm not. whenver i'm with my friends, they always get more attention from guys..and they arent "all-that" great looking? and i've got peronality, and they dont. i always find myelf comparing their body types to mine, because they are size 0's, and that makes me think that guys always go for the thin ones. how can i stop comparing..and start to feel comfortable in my own skin and feel more confident?
sincerely,
not confident.

Hi, Kim,
I wanted to ask a quick question. How did you come into fame so easily? Some people have it hard, very hard, but it seems like you and your family came out of thin air and were famous. I'm very glad that your family is noticed on TV!!!!

dear kim,
i am of a hundurian and belizian decent. however i do not have long hair and my nose is kind of big. i lack a lot of confidence and its not like my friends make me feel any better about myself. there is this girl at my job and she is a total bitch. She always brags about being conceited and educated on her myspace page and even though i shouldnt be reading it i just cant stop feeding into her. when i first came to the job she spoke to me and was really nice but now she doesn't speak to me at all and always seems as if she has an attitude. Everyone does anything that she wants and all the guys go crazy over her because she has a big butt. ii used to think nothing of her but now i think the world of her. i dont understand why she is so conceited( maybe because of all the attention she gets) but how do i stop wishing that i was her and just learn to accept myself. i know she probably looks down on me cuz she thinks shes better than everyone else. what should i do? and how do i gain more confidence in myself so i can show her that i am somebody too. i know it sounds pathetic but it really bugs me....i just want to be beautiful and successful but everytime i c her i just get down, cuz i know i can never compare to her. Do u think that she just puts up a front or could she really be that conceited...... she says she always gets what she wants....and u know what i believe her.

Dear Kim,
I have this issue with make up, hair and working (making money). I'm the only girl child in a single parent family and I wish I had sisters like yours to help me with my decision making. I'm 18 years old and LOVE LOVE LOVE to be fashion forward like you and your I love clothes, make up (MAC) and accessories, but work like a dog just to get by and always try hard to get nice things with the amount of money I'm limited to. I always want to buy and try new things but find myself always short of money because of school payments, books, car payments and insurance. I see how great you are with making your own money to buy all of the things you desire and was wondering if you had any tips because at the moment I'm stuck as a nanny while living at home as a freshmen in college. I get good grades for discounts on car insurance and scholarships for school, but I just can't do it all and be fashion forward it seems. You're my ideal women and I look up to you and work so long and hard, but I come across issues, like my hair is dry with split ends and looks dull and needs a cut, or I have bags under my eyes and can't correct it that well with make up and people call me Indian (I'm puerto rican about your skin tone), I wish that I could spend a day getting tips from you about all this stuff like a total Lisa makeover day by you hahah but just a little advice from you would probably help me out a lot!
Love,
Trying hard, but struggling :/
P.S. I'm saving to buy myself a birthday present from DASH you're clothes are supper cute! :)
